01What Changed

Security became the SSO approval gate; Product still lists Legal as co-owner on enterprise terms. Customer Success was added to the Launch field but has no migration outcome assigned.

02Ownership Gaps

Customer migration remains unowned. Backup owner missing on Incident Communication. Sales commits pilot dates without a published handoff to Engineering.

03Interface Friction

Engineering → Customer Success interface is draft-only — context, deadline, and acceptance criteria are incomplete. Security → Sales escalation path has no rejection criteria.

04Decision Delays

Actual path skipped the Security review gate on the last two Launch decisions. Legal held final authority after Sales had already promised Week 3 pilots.

05Capacity Risks

Engineering belt elevated Weeks 4–8 under committed SSO work plus cross-team requests. No individual rankings, message counts, or hours — team pressure only.

06Recommended Clarifications

Assign Customer Success as primary owner for migration cutover. Publish Engineering → CS interface. Require Security sign-off before Sales date commitments. Resolve Legal/Product contract overlap.
